Following his wife’s pregnancy, Antoine launched his start-up based on a simple observation: a pregnant woman often has cravings, but she would like to keep her pregnancy snacks healthy. As the baby presses on the stomach, the mother tends to eat less at mealtime but more regularly. He then thought about bars, rich in superfoods, to provide all the nutrients necessary for the well-being of mother and child.

Local (french), organic and vegan: these bars for pregnant women already check multiple criteria very popular with consumers. But it is above all the original composition that attracts attention. In each snack is a base made from seeds (flax, sunflower, sesame) oat flakes, and a microalgae oil rich in DHA, an omega 3 essential for the baby’s proper development. Then vary some ingredients according to the promises: dark chocolate and ginger for the energy promise, berries like cranberry and blueberry for the immunity promise, honey and almonds for the breastfeeding promise.
Our feedback
We have tested the Energy and Immunity bars already available for sale! Overall the bar was appreciated for its richness in oats and seeds. This composition allows to have a dense texture but also to confer a satiety effect on the long term (a real snack). The low sugar content is also great, it allows you to taste all the ingredients!
As for taste, it’s the immunity bar that’s preferred! The combination of red fruits and cereals is a real hit. In the ginger/chocolate bar, ginger, perfect to limit nausea in pregnant women, comes first taste and feels good.
On the packaging side, the soft and almost childish design seduced the team.
